This will make sure all of the Input Actions in the asset are enabled when entering play mode since by default actions are disabled. If you are using that sample, make sure you have an Input Action Manager GameObject with an enabled Input Action Manager component that references that XRI Default Input Actions asset. If you were using an older version, the new version may contain updated Presets also that would need to be reapplied to your components. If you are using the Default Input Actions sample from XR Interaction Toolkit in Window > Package Manager, you may need to Reimport the sample from that window to remove any changes you have made that is breaking bindings. You can also change the Play Mode OpenXR Runtime option in Edit > Project Settings > XR Plug-in Management/OpenXR from System Default to Windows Mixed Reality if you don't want to change your system settings. Some apps may not run correctly" click Fix it to make sure the OpenXR Runtime on your system is using Windows Mixed Reality since it may be configured to use Oculus/Meta Quest if you also have that installed. If you see a warning banner at the top that says "Windows Mixed Reality is not set up to run OpenXR apps. The Mixed Reality Portal app should be running.Under Interaction Profiles, click the + button and click Microsoft Motion Controller Profile. With the PC, Mac & Linux Standalone settings tab selected, enable Windows Mixed Reality under the section OpenXR Feature Groups. Click OpenXR under XR Plug-in Management in that Project Settings window. You should use that to point to your Unity project folder, and under Platform Support, enable Mixed Reality OpenXR Plugin and click Get Features to install it to your project. The Manual setup without MRTK section on that page instructs you to download the Mixed Reality Feature Tool. If Windows Mixed Reality feature group is disabled/greyed out, you will need to follow the steps from Setting up your XR configuration on the Microsoft site. If you see a yellow warning icon next to OpenXR, click it to fix all project settings to use recommended settings. With the PC, Mac & Linux Standalone settings tab selected, enable OpenXR and Windows Mixed Reality feature group. Click XR Plug-in Management in that Project Settings window. With the PC, Mac & Linux Standalone settings tab selected, look under Other Settings and verify that Active Input Handling is set to Input System Package (New) or Both. Open Edit > Project Settings and then click Player.I don't see the package as a Local Tarball package in your Editor logs, so you may need to install some extra things if you are using OpenXR. You may have already done these steps, but I want to make sure you haven't missed any for using OpenXR with Windows Mixed Reality.
